Our Story
The Kingsland Company was founded in 2016 by Duncan Harris, who brings nearly 30 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm. After beginning his career at Berkeley Investments in Boston, Duncan moved to Vermont in 2002, where he developed a deep understanding of the local market and a commitment to exceptional client service, emphasizing his passion for building lasting professional relationships . His extensive portfolio includes a diverse range of transactions, driven by his belief that every client deserves personalized attention, regardless of the scale of their needs. An alumnus of Phillips Academy and the University of Vermont, Duncan is also dedicated to community engagement, having served with the Ferrisburgh Volunteer Fire Department. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.
